This is probably my favorite because it is so different…
2 c filtered water
1 grapefruit (peeled and seeded)
1 juice orange (peeled and seeded
1 Tangerine (peeled and seeded)
1/4 c raw walnuts
1 T ground flax seed
1 c organic greens ( spinach, kale, dandelion greens, etc)- I soak all veggies in filtered water and grapefruit seed extract while preparing the first part of smoothie.
1-2 stalks oragnic celery
1 small bunch of organic cauliflower
Blend all together and place in freezer for about 1-2 hrs to get slushy before eating…Enjoy!!!
